Zodiac Mermaid Enamel Pins

Potential Packaging/Order Issues

It has come to my attention that a small number of orders may have been packaged incorrectly by someone who was helping me, and I sincerely apologize if you were affected. I had 4 people helping me get through the 400 orders and one of them appears to have done a not so great job, this has lead to a few of you receiving incorrect pins or stickers. If this happened to your order please reach out to me so I can correct the error and send you the right pins and/or stickers you paid for. My next Kickstarter will be run and packaged by myself to ensure this does not happen again. 

Thank you all to everyone that has tagged me in your photos, and videos. It means so much to see you enjoying the pins! I hope to see you all again in a month.

Hey Everyone, 

Exciting news! All of the pins have been sent out to everyone, so you should receive your order soon. Everyone should have gotten an email for your tracking number so be sure to check your email! Thank you so much for your support of this project. I couldn't have made any of these pins without you. if you have any concerns please let me know and I will be more than happy to answer them.

Hey Everyone! 

So good news all of the pins have arrived and we have packed all of the boxes. I'm hoping to send your orders out soon. Some of you will receive an email with a tracking number in the next few days. 

I'm actively working to get these orders out so you can enjoy your pins!

Some amazing news! Half of the pins have arrived early, and the other half should be here before Friday next week! Please see the below images of the ones I have received. I am still waiting on the following pins:

• Aries
• Taurus
• Gemini
• Leo
• Sagittarius 

I will also be sending out a final reminder about shipping addresses through Backerkit, so be sure to double check when you get that email!

Update with Pictures and Manufacturer Timeline

Hello Everyone!

The manufacturer has sent us more pictures, this time of some of the pins that are finished and ready! There has been a slight delay due to screen printing taking longer than estimated, but everything should be complete in a week, and then *probably* a week after that I will receive the pins and send them out to everyone! I apologize the manufacturing has taken longer than expected, I was not anticipating needing to order more than 2,000 pins haha. You can see some of the pictures below of a few of the pins. These pictures are from the factory so they are a bit blurry and low resolution, but I will take nicer ones when I get them! (as a side note, you can see that the Leo pin is on the Taurus backer card. I have made the manufacturer aware and they are fixing it!)
